No Hassle Return Policy
Stuff happens. We get it. If you are unhappy with your purchase from Vitamin Grocer or for some reason change your mind about the purchase, we're here to help, not hassle. So if you find yourself saying any of the following once you've received your shipment from Vitamin Grocer, please contact us at CustomerService@VitaminGrocer.com.au and we'll work with you to make things right. Instructions for returning an item for any of the reasons described below can be found at the bottom of the page.
Not a problem! Notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the package and inform us that you would like to return the product. Ship it back to us and we will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the initial delivery of the package.
Received the Wrong Product
While our warehouse team is as good as they come and their accuracy rate hovers around 99%, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package and we'll arrange for the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.
The Package Was Broken or Opened Upon Arrival
Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package and notify us of the problem. We will arrange for the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll ship out another package and make sure you get it ASAP. Also, take a picture if you can! We'd like to see what went wrong so we can pack it better next time or talk to the carrier about gentler handling of the packages.
